4. Consultation and Measurements
4.1 Free consultation and measurement services are offered in Dubai. We will schedule a time for our consultant to visit your location to take accurate measurements and provide product recommendations.
4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the measurements provided during consultation are accurate. Any errors in measurement after installation are not the responsibility of Curtains Hub.
5. Installation
5.1 We aim to complete the installation within 5 days from order confirmation, depending on product availability and the complexity of the installation.
5.2 Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated to you in advance.
5.3 The installation team is responsible for installing products in accordance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
6.2 Standard products may be returned within 7 days of installation, provided they are in original, unused condition. Return shipping or re-installation costs may apply.
6.3 Refunds are processed based on the original payment method and are subject to inspection of the returned product.
7. Warranty
7.1 Curtains Hub offers a one-year warranty on all curtains, blinds, tracks, and accessories. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
7.2 Warranty claims must be made within one year of purchase.
